Situated on the Umhlanga Ridge, the building has 5,640m2 of lettable space with office functions, canteens, and a coffee shop. The structure is divided into two buildings. One building is occupied by KPMG and the other by the developers, Shree Properties.

Fourways Air Conditioning - Durban

Dunair was selected to install the Samsung DVM system into Fourways Air Conditioning's new Durban offices in Cornubia.

The designed called for an exposed look so the pipe work became part of the interior decor and a showpiece.
